RESOLUTION - Of Intention to annex Final Tract Map No. 6097, Annexation No. 67, to the City of Fresno Community Facilities District No. 11 (an area located near the east of North Fowler Avenue between East Clinton and Princeton Avenues) (Council District 4)

Adopt Resolution of Intention to annex Final Tract Map No. 6097 to City of Fresno Community Facilities District No. 11 ("CFD No. 11").
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The landowner has petitioned the City of Fresno to have Final Tract Map No. 6097 annexed to CFD No. 11 to provide funding for the operation and reserves for maintenance ("Services") pertaining to certain ground level infrastructure within public easements and open spaces; such facilities include, without limitation, concrete curbs and gutters, valley gutters, curb ramps and sidewalks, street name signage, street lighting, and local street paving associated with this subdivision. Final Tract Map No. 6097 is the second phase within a larger area of Tentative Tract Map 6033, is to share equally in the maintenance of all facilities associated with Tentative Tract Map 6033, and is located entirely in the Fresno City Limits. The cost for the Services for these improvements is $776.33/lot annually. The Resolution of Intention begins the process, sets the required public hearing for Thursday, April 28, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., and defines the steps required to complete the annexation.
