Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. CONSIDER and ADOPT the determination of Categorical Exemption Section 15301/Class 1, Section 15302/Class 2 under Environmental Assessment No. P26-00936.1 or the Finding of No Possibility of Significant Effect under Section 15061(b)(3) as prepared for Environmental Assessment No. P26-00936 dated April 15, 2026, in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. RESOLUTION - To approve Street Name Change Application No. P26-00936 in accordance with Article 62, Chapter 15 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
