RECOMMENDATIONS

Staff recommends that City Council award a consultant services agreement in an amount of not to exceed $131,700, including a contingency of $2,000, to Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers, a California Corporation, for the design of Recycled Water Extension to West Creek Village/Martin Luther King Activity Center (Project) and authorize the Director of Public Utilities, or designee, to sign the agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Department of Public Utilities seeks City Council award of a professional consultant services agreement to Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers in an amount of not to exceed $131,700, including a contingency of $2,000, for the project. The new recycled water main extension will support the delivery of recycled water to a school, right-of-way landscaping, future satellite college campus, and residential and commercial landscaping within future West Creek Village/Martin Luther King Activity Center.
