RECOMMENDATION

Adopt the 11th amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. (AAR) 2014-95 recognizing $10,000 in revenue from developer contributions to form the City of Fresno "(City") Community Facilities District No. 15 East Copper River Maintenance District ("CFD No. 15").

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Copper River Ranch LLC has deposited $10,000 to cover the costs incurred by the City for the formation of CFD No. 15 to fund the Services (defined below) for certain required public improvements associated with this development. The intent of this district is to ensure that the City will have no General Fund obligation related to the improvements. Adoption of the resolution will authorize the use of these deposits for formation related expenditures. (See attached location map)
