Actions pertaining to the New Fire Station 10 Project (Council District 7):
1. ***RESOLUTION - Adopting the 14th Amendment of the Annual Appropriation Resolution (AAR) No. 2023-185 appropriating $756,700 in order to enter into a professional engineering services agreement with The Taylor Group Architects for design and construction services for permanent Fire Station 10 and to fund related City staff costs (Requires 5 Affirmative Votes) (Subject to Mayor's Veto)
2. Approve an agreement for Professional Engineering Services with The Taylor Group Architects of Clovis, CA for $865,000, with a $80,000 contingency, for design and construction support services for the new Fire Station 10

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that Council adopt the 14th Amendment to the Annual Appropriations Resolution (AAR) No. 2023-185 and approve a Consultant Services Agreement with The Taylor Group Architects of Clovis, California in the amount of $865,000, with a $80,000 contingency, for the design and preparation of construction documents for the new Fire Station 10 and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.
