Blackstone Avenue Fresno, CA 93726 (APN 434-143-06) (Property) to be surplus real property. This property is currently known as the Clarion Pointe Emergency Shelter. Declaring the above-mentioned property surplus will allow the City to fulfill requirements of the Surplus Land Act, in order to move forward with future disposition of the land.
