EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The General Services Department, Purchasing Division, issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for citywide landscape maintenance services for locations maintained by the Airports Department and Department of Public Utilities.
Following an evaluation process, including interviews and a Best and Final Offer, BrightView Landscape Services, Inc. was determined to provide the best value for the RFP. Approval of this contract will ensure continued landscape maintenance services across City facilities and provide consistent service delivery under a standardized agreement.
BACKGROUND
The General Services Department, Purchasing Division, is responsible for administering the citywide agreements for landscape services. The Purchasing Division issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for landscape maintenance services.
