Approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Fresno, California, to increase the total contract by an amount not to exceed $32,463.00, paid on a time and materials basis, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $265,663.00, with a remaining contingency amount not to exceed $20,000.00, and extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2028, for the engineering design services related to the Wellhead Treatment Improvements at Pump Station 101A Project. RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement (Agreement) with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (Consultant) of Fresno, California, to increase the total contract by an amount not to exceed $32,463 paid on a time and materials basis, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $265,663, with a remaining contingency amount not to exceed $20,000, and extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2028, for additional design services related to the Wellhead Treatment Improvements at Pump Station 101A Project (Project); and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign and execute all documents on behalf of the City of Fresno (City).
