Actions pertaining to the traffic signal protected left-turn phasing improvements at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Bulldog Lane - Project Bid File No. 3362 (Council District 4)
1. Adopt finding of a Categorical Exemption pursuant to Class 1 Section 15301(c) (existing facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") Guidelines for the traffic signal protected left-turn phasing improvements at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Bulldog Lane
2. Award a construction contract to A-C Electric Company of Fresno, California, in the amount of $283,200 for the traffic signal protected left-turn phasing improvements at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Bulldog Lane

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a finding of Class 1 Categorical Exemption, pursuant to Section 15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines; award a construction contract in the amount of $283,200 to A-C Electric Company of Fresno, California, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the Traffic Signal Protected Left-Turn Phasing Improvements at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Bulldog Lane; and authorize the Public Works Director or designee to sign the contract on the City's behalf.
