It is recommended the Council adopt the attached resolution dedicating certain City-owned property as an easement for public street purposes.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Fresno Water Division is developing Pump Station No. 52A on the east side of North Ninth Street south of East Dakota Avenue in accordance with Conditional Use Permit No. C-12-176. The Conditions of Approval stipulate that an easement be dedicated for public street purposes across part of the frontage of the site along North Ninth Street. The dedication of this easement requires City Council approval.
BACKGROUND
The City of Fresno owns property at 3758 North Ninth Street, located on the on the east side of North Ninth Street south of East Dakota Avenue (APN 437-090-15T). The property for Pump Station No. 52A was acquired by the City of Fresno by a Grant Deed recorded March 22, 2012 as Document No. 2012-0041078, Official Records of Fresno County. The property is being developed by the City of Fresno's Water Division as Pump Station No. 52A in accordance with Conditional Use Permit No. C-12-176.
