RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map of Tract No. 6075 and accepting the dedicated public uses offered therein.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Subdivider, Herndon/Hayes No. 1, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, (Robert A. McCaffrey, Manager), has filed for approval, the Final Map of Tract No. 6075, Phase 2 of Vesting Tentative Map No. 6052, for a 44-lot single family residential subdivision private street planned development, with three outlots for private landscaping, private walkway, open space and recreation purposes and one outlot for private street and public utility easement purposes, located on the Northwest corner of North Hayes Avenue and West Herndon Avenue on 6.84 acres.

BACKGROUND

The Fresno City Planning Commission on January 15, 2014 adopted Resolution No. 13255 approving Vesting Tentative Map No. 6052 (Tentative Map) for a 95-lot single family residential subdivision private street planned development, with six outlots for open space purposes and one outlot for private street and public utility easement purposes on 13.26 net acres at an overall density of 7.16 units per acre.
