EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On December 3, 2015, the Council of the City of Fresno ("Council") adopted Resolution No. 2015-215 forming Community Facilities District No. 15. On December 17, 2015, the Council adopted Resolution No. 2015-243 calling for a Special Mailed-Ballot Election for the landowners within the boundaries of CFD No. 15 and set the Election Day for February 19, 2016.
At today's Council meeting the City Clerk will declare the election results for the special election held on February 19, 2016, and Council shall consider a levy of the proposed Maximum Special Tax and the appropriations limit.
