RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Council approve the Fourth Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement with the Fresno County Transportation Authority (FCTA) for the Willow Avenue widening project under the Measure "C" Tier 1 Program.

Approval of the Fourth Amendment to the cooperative agreement with FCTA will allow these funds to be transferred to the construction phase. The City has paid for the construction costs and will be reimbursed from FCTA after the amendment is approved.
