Actions pertaining to the Recycled Water Transmission Main, Northwest Quadrant, Project (Council Districts 2, 6, and Fresno County)
1. ***RESOLUTION - 54th amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution (AAR) No. 2015-104 appropriating $2,037,900 for the Recycled Water Transmission Main, Northwest Quadrant (Requires affirmative 5 votes)
2. Award a consultant services agreement in the amount of $1,987,861 and a contingency of $50,000 with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc. for the design of a portion of the pipeline, two pump stations in the Northwest Recycled Water Distribution System, and one pump station in the Northeast Recycled Water Distribution System

Staff recommends the City Council appropriate the project funding and award the consultant services agreement with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc., to design a portion of the Northwest and Northeast Recycled Water Distribution Systems

The Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Wastewater Management Division (Division) requests the adoption of the 54th Amendment to the Annual Appropriations Resolution (AAR) No. 2015-104 and approve of a professional consultant services agreement with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc., in the amount of $1,987,861 and a contingency of $50,000 for the design of a portion of the pipeline in the Northwest Recycled Water Transmission Main, two pump stations in the Northwest and one pump station in the Northeast Recycled Water Distribution System.
