Adopt Resolution of Intention to annex both Final Tract Map No. 6079 and 6108 to City of Fresno Community Facilities District No. 11 ("CFD No. 11").
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The landowner has petitioned the City of Fresno to have both Final Tract Map No. 6079 and 6108 annexed to CFD No. 11 to provide funding for the operation and reserves for maintenance ("Services") pertaining to the landscaping, trees and irrigation systems within the street rights-of-way, landscape easements and Outlot A (includes Fowler Median), the concrete curbs and gutters, valley gutters, major street median hardscaping, curb ramps, sidewalks and Outlot A walkway, street name signage, street lighting, local street paving, and Outlot A amenities as associated with this subdivision. The cost for the Services for these improvements is $681.27 per lot annually. Final Tract Map No. 6079 and 6108 are located entirely in the Fresno City Limits. The Resolution of Intention begins the process, sets the required public hearing for Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 10:30 a.m., and defines the steps required to complete the annexation.
