Approve Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Mandated Partner Memorandum of Understanding.

RECOMMENDATION
Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Fresno Regional Workforce Development Board (FRWDB) and West Hills Community College District and authorize the City manager or designee to execute the MOU.

Not a project for the purposes of the California Environmental Quality Act.
LOCAL PREFERENCE
Local preference was not implemented because this item does not include the award of a construction or services contract.
FISCAL IMPACT
The recommended action allows the FRWDB to be in compliance with State and Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements; therefore, there is no fiscal impact to the City associated with the recommended action
