RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council approves Amendment No. 1 to the Measure "C" Cooperative Project Agreement in the amount of $82,000 for the Herndon Avenue Westbound Widening from Brawley Avenue to Blythe Avenue (Urban Project K5C) and authorize the Public Works Director or designee to sign and execute the amendment on behalf of the City.

The City of Fresno seeks to widen the westbound portion of Herndon Avenue from Brawley Avenue to Blythe Avenue. The City and Fresno County Transportation Authority (FCTA) have executed the Measure "C" Cooperative Project Agreement (Urban 5KC) authorizing regional Measure "C" funds for the Right-of Way phase of this project.
