EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Department of Public Utilities, Water Division, is seeking to reject all bids received for the Phase 2 Regional Transmission Mains Segment B Project. The SRF low-interest loan will fully finance the construction of the Phase 2 Regional Transmission Mains.
