1. ADOPT the Finding of No Possibility of Significant Adverse Effect as prepared for Environmental Assessment No. SNC-2018-01 dated June 8, 2018.
2. RESOLUTION - Approving Street Name Change Application No. SNC-2018-01 proposing to rename an approximate 600 foot segment of East Hardy Avenue to East Amendola Drive, located near the intersection of South Cedar and East North Avenues.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. ADOPT the Finding of No Possibility of Significant Adverse Effect as prepared for Environmental Assessment No. SNC-2018-01 dated June 8, 2018.
2. ADOPT RESOLUTON approving Street Name Change Application No. SNC-2018-01 proposing to rename an approximate 600 foot segment of East Hardy Avenue to East Amendola Drive, located near the intersection of South Cedar and East North Avenues.
