BACKGROUND
In January 15, 1988, the City established the Employee Recognition Program for the recognition and development of its human resources. The program was designed to honor the employee who exemplifies the principles found in the HROD program summarized by the acronym PRIDE: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Innovation, Direction, and Excellence.
Each quarter, departments select the employee(s) who provide outstanding public service to the people of the City of Fresno and who sets the standard of excellence in performance. Below are the selections made by each department. It is my pleasure to present to the City Council, the PRIDE team for the Fall Quarter, 2018.
