RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map of Tract No. 6165 and accepting the dedicated public uses offered therein, to authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to execute the subdivision agreement on behalf of the City.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Subdivider, Lennar Homes of California, Inc., a California Corporation (Mike Miller, Vice President), has filed for approval, the Final Map of Tract No. 6165 of Vesting Tentative Map No. 6165, for a 208-lot single-family residential subdivision with one outlot for open space purposes, located between South Sunnyside Avenue, South Fowler Avenue, East California Avenue and East Church Avenue on 41.28 acres.

BACKGROUND

The Fresno City Planning Commission on April 19, 2017 adopted Resolution No. 13447 approving Vesting Tentative Map No. 6165 (Tentative Map) for a 208-lot single-family residential subdivision with one outlot on 41.28 acres. The Tentative Map was approved consistent with the Fresno General Plan to comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
