RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends the City Council:
1. Approve an agreement with Tutor Perini/Zachary/Parsons (TPZP) for City Plan Review and Construction Management Services related to the California High Speed Rail Project (the Agreement).
2. Authorize the Director of Public Works or his designee to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.

The Lump Sum Agreement was terminated in September 2018.
