SUBJECT
Title

Approve a consultant services agreement with Landry Consulting LLC to provide consulting services related to developing the Fresno Yosemite International Airport's Safety Management System program in an amount not to exceed $99,970 (Council District 4).

The term of the Agreement is through December 31, 2023.
