1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption for Environmental Assessment Number P18-01643, per staff determination, pursuant to Section 15301/Class 1, 15302/Class 2, 15303/Class 3, 15304/Class 4, and 15311/Class 11 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines
2. Resolution Authorizing the Director of Transportation to request allocation and accept funding from the California Transit Commission for the purpose of completing bus stop improvements along and intersecting the Shaw and Cedar Avenue corridors within the City of Fresno

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption for Environmental Assessment Number P18-01643, per staff determination, pursuant to Section 15301/Class 1, 15302/Class 2, 15303/Class 3, 15304/Class 4, and 15311/Class 11 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for the Department of Transportation/FAX Division Shaw-Cedar Bus Stop Upgrades Project.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Department of Transportation/FAX Division Shaw-Cedar Bus Stop Upgrades project will make improvements up to 64 bus stops located along the Shaw Avenue and Cedar Avenue high frequency service corridor.
