RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that Council authorize the Director of General Services to execute amendments to increase the current year contract authority from $1,000,000 to a total of $2,000,000 for each of the JOC agreements with Durham Construction Co., Inc. and Puma Construction Co., Inc., to complete such projects as the Animal Center Shade and Turf Additions, Police Department Vehicle Training Course Repairs, Woodward Park Diesel Tank Installation and Fire Station 11 Motorized Gate and Fencing.
