Actions pertaining to the Roof Membrane Replacement at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility Warehouse and Maintenance Building and Digester-13 Heating and Mixing Building (Bid File 12401198) (Council District 3):
1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Sections 15301/Class 1 and 15302/Class 2 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines,
2. Award a construction contract to Nations Roof West, LLC, of Fresno, California, in the amount of $324,889.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends City Council to adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Sections 15301/Class 1 and 15302/Class 2 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for the Roof Membrane Replacement at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility Warehouse and Maintenance Building and Digester-13 Heating and Mixing Building (Project), and to award a construction contract to Nations Roof West, LLC in the amount of $324,889 as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign and execute all documents on behalf of the City of Fresno (City).
