RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends City Council approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Architectural Services Agreement with Temple-Andersen-Moore-Architects, LLP, in the amount of $8,500, increasing the total contract amount to $206,380, with an additional contingency amount not to exceed $50,000 due to increased scope of services for development of structural remediation improvement plans for the south building at the Paul "Cap" Caprioglio Community Center and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to execute the Second Amendment on behalf of the City of Fresno.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The City of Fresno Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services Department (PARCS) proposes to design and construct accessibility improvements and reconfigure and modernize the interior spaces at both the north and south buildings at the Paul "Cap" Caprioglio Community Center at the southwest corner of Bulldog Lane and Sixth Street.
