RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council approve the award of three Citywide Cooperative Purchase Agreements (Requirements Contracts) through January 10, 2029, with three optional one-year extensions for the purchase of general supplies, small tools, small equipment parts, and aftermarket vehicle parts in the total aggregate amount of $750,000 per year plus annual CPI increases for Genuine Parts Company dba NAPA Auto Parts, of Fresno, California; O'Reilly Auto Enterprises dba O'Reilly Auto Parts, of Fresno, California; and AutoZone Parts, Inc., of Fresno, California.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The General Services Department, Purchasing Division, recommends establishing Cooperative Purchase Agreements (CPA) with NAPA Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and AutoZone Parts for the purchase of general shop supplies, small tools, small equipment parts, and aftermarket vehicle parts.
