RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map of Tract No. 5493 and accepting the dedicated public uses offered therein, to authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to execute the subdivision agreement on behalf of the City.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Subdivider, BMCH California, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (James W. Fletcher, Division President, Central Valley Division), has filed for approval, the Final Map of Tract No. 5493, Phase 1 of Vesting Tentative Map No. 5493, for a 120-lot single-family residential planned development subdivision with one outlot for open space, landscaping, bike, pedestrian, recreational and public utility easement purposes and one outlot for future development, located on the northeast corner of West Gettysburg Avenue and North Bryan Avenue on 45.64 acres.
BACKGROUND
The Fresno City Planning Commission on August 31, 2005 adopted Resolution No. 12285 approving Vesting Tentative Map No. 5493 (Tentative Map) for a 243-lot single-family residential planned development subdivision on 45.64 acres.
