The construction management services contract was to end after November 2017. Because the construction was not completed, the Department of Public Utilities, Wastewater Management Division requests the approval of a second contract amendment with Carollo Engineers, Inc. to provide construction management services for the Facility and Station project beyond the scope of the original agreement. The amended contract compensation would provide sufficient funds through January.
