Title
1. Approve the Contract Amendment with Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging for Senior Hot Meal Program appropriating an additional $50,000 in one-time funding
2. ***RESOLUTION - 30th amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution (AAR) No. 2018-157 appropriating $50,000 from the Older American Act Title III CI Grant Funds in support of the Senior Hot Meal Program Citywide (Requires 5 affirmative votes) (Subject to Mayor's veto)

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council: (1) approve an amendment to the contract with Fresno Madera Area Agency on Aging (FMAAA) authorizing and accepting a grant for $50,000 from the Older American Act Title III C1 grant funds through FMAAA in support of the Senior Hot Meals program offered at seven sites citywide; (2) approve and adopt the 30th Amendment to the Annual Appropriation RESOLUTION NO. 2018-157 to appropriate $50,000 from the Older American Act Title III C1 Grant Funds in support of the Senior Hot Meals program citywide; and, (3) authorize the Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services (PARCS) Director to sign all related documents. (Requires 5 affirmative votes) (Subject to Mayoral veto)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging (FMAAA) has received additional one time only Title III C1 grant funds, $50,000 of which has been made available to PARCS to augment the congregate lunch time meals currently offered at seven sites throughout Fresno.
