Actions pertaining to design for the ADA Upgrades at the City of Fresno Convention Center (Council District 3):
1. Approve Second Amendment to Agreement with Integrated Designs by SOMAM, Inc. in the amount of $11,525; and
2. Approve Third Amendment to Agreement with Integrated Designs by SOMAM, Inc. in the amount of $12,760 increasing the contract amount to $131,715.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that Council approve the Second Amendment to Agreement with Integrated Designs by SOMAM, Inc. in the amount of $11,525 for the ADA Upgrades at the City of Fresno Convention Center; approve the Third Amendment to Agreement with Integrated Designs by SOMAM, Inc. in the amount of $12,760 for the ADA Upgrades at the City of Fresno Convention Center and authorize the Public Works Director or designee to sign and execute the standardized second and third amendments to agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Fresno entered into a Consultant Agreement with Integrated Designs by SOMAM, Inc. in October 2017 for the design of general construction documents for certain ADA upgrades at the Fresno Convention Center. These improvements were called out in the ADA Facilities Transition Plan, as adopted by the Council on September 22, 2016. The initial phase of improvements were fully constructed and completed in July 2019. Staff recommends the Council approve an amendment with the design consultant, in order to complete the companion seating project at the Saroyan Theater, consistent with the funding adopted in the FY2020 budget.
